Great hotel friendly staff and food lovely

Beautiful location. I had read the reviews prior to booking. The service and evening meal was excellent. As reviews stated, the hotel was in disrepair; however this reflected in the price. I didn’t feel uncomfortable bringing my dog. There was plenty of parking and it was wonderful being able to walk our dog down to the beach.
The hotel was a beautiful building but needed updating

Location, price and friendly staff
Very dated, walls seemed thin as could hear people making noise and boilers running
