I normally come here with my husband, and I decided to treat my mum to a visit to Southend. This hotel is amazing as always. The staff there were very helpful and considerate right from the beginning. I had a problem with my keycard that evening and they were quick to get me a new one, so a big thank you for that. The room was comfortable and the view was amazing too. My mum was impressed with the hotel on her first visit.
It was a little hard in getting the toilet to flush due to the buttons, but other than that nothing major.
