Nice location decent room but Tv is a lil dated and control was slow. The portion size food wise was a bit of a let down for me but it was decent. It may be one of the better/best hotels in the area.

Everything was great I have to say, the only minor thing was that TV didnt work and I reported it, nobody came to fix it but i am not really a tv person, apart from that, everything was great.

I have stayed in a few hotels in Southend and this is the best so far.
Great location, very friendly and well maintained.
The room was better than expected and I would recommend.
