Pudong Shangri-La Shanghai

I liked the location, cleanliness, friendly staff, view of the city.

Location was amazing, close to the river and Pudong area. Rooms were really nice and most of them had really nice view.

An exceptional stay in the heart of Shanghai Our stay at the Pudong Shangri-La Shanghai was absolutely outstanding. From the moment we arrived, everything reflected the high standards and elegance you would expect from a world-class hotel. The location is simply perfect, with spectacular views of the Huangpu River and the Shanghai skyline, and within easy reach of many of the city’s main attractions. The hotel itself is beautiful, spacious and exceptionally well maintained. The room was extremely comfortable, beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean, with a fantastic view. The bed was excellent, and every detail was carefully considered to make our stay relaxing and enjoyable. What truly made the experience special, however, was the service. Every member of staff we encountered was professional, friendly, attentive and genuinely willing to help. The level of hospitality was exceptional without ever feeling intrusive. Breakfast was also excellent, with an impressive variety of high-quality options, including both Western and Asian choices. The restaurants and facilities throughout the hotel further added to the overall experience. After visiting Shanghai, we can honestly say that the Pudong Shangri-La was one of the highlights of our trip. It combines an unbeatable location, luxurious surroundings, outstanding service and the traditional Shangri-La hospitality perfectly. A truly memorable experience. We would stay here again without hesitation and highly recommend the Pudong Shangri-La to anyone visiting Shanghai.
