It was not over crowded
There was not as much variety in the breakfast as other hotels. There was no watermelon served on 2 out of the 3 days of my stay which was very odd.

Super comfortable rooms and space, exceptionally friendly staff, outstanding breakfast, amazing air conditioning, lovely pool. All the staff but especially the serving staff were truly amazing: warm, friendly, and the concierge helped get us a challenging reservation immediately. Osama at the dining room was so kind and helpful. Parking plentiful and easy.

Rooms are very nice, the hotel itself is beautiful and very modern, breakfast buffet is amazing, location is great too just 30mn walk to the old city, 10min by bus or taxi, everything is clean and pleasant
The staff as often in hotels in Jerusalem is not friendly, not a single smile, not a nice word, you seem to bother them everytime you ask something
Also the front desk is not really efficient, i was wrongfully charged 4 extra breakfast, they made me wait 30min (they didn’t believe me) and when they corrected their mistake they didn’t even apologize for the wait and inconvenience. Not worth a 5 stars unfortunately
