המלון הרגיש במרמה מאוד מאוד גבוהה היה בו את כל מה שרצינו ויותר חדרים היו נקיים מאוד המיקום היה פגז היה קל להגיע אליו
ספציפית מהחוויה שלנו העובדים בקבלה היו לא נעימים כל כך וגרמו לנו לחכות בלי שום סיבה ובלי אפילו להגיד לנו שכמה שניות הם יתפנו אלינו בנוסף כשביקשנו מגבות מהקבלה לא קיבלנו אותם בכלל וגם לא היה שום מענה ל late checkout למרות שכבר בצ צ׳ק אין ביקשנו פרטים לגבי זה ורק מרחו אותנו עד סוף השיהות שלנו

modern and beautiful. Concierge was helpful. Very ellegant.
The pool closed way to early and because of that we were not able to enjoy the amenities enough. Should could have been better. Not having a regular height shower (only rain and hand held) made showering difficult for us women when avoiding getting out hair wet each day. Would have liked more area to open the luggage. Room was a bit tight. Shabbat package should have included free drinks throughout the day. It got very expensive and the drinks were very small.

Luxury stay in a great location in Jerusalem. Amazing facilities, the pool is waw, best breakfast I ever had in hotel.

The breakfast and the service was really good also everything was clean and decent
Charging us 40NIS for ice was a bit of exaggeration espacially when we werent aware of the unfair pricing.
The roofOrient restraunt wasnt good at all. The food was over priced and quite digusting to be honest
