They did a really good job cleaning our rooms and replacing our coffee.
The rooms need a little updating. The wall paper and carpet seemed old. Someone was smoking down the hallway and it hit you in the face as soon as you got out of the elevator. However Israelis smoke…Also the bar didn’t have enough supplies to make a cocktail.

Excellent location. Well appointed hotel and the staff went out of their way to be helpful. Rooms were clean and well appointed
For a hotel this rating. It was disappointing that they didn’t have USB charging points near the switches

The location
The guy that checked us in before Shabbas was so rude ! It tainted our entire stay!

Very nice location and presentation and staff and was comfortable
When we arrived it was much more expensive then when we booked - unclear why, possibly change in exchange rate. Also we think we were overcharged for one room- the gym was also very small and basic
