It was okay

Easy to find. On site parking (complimentary) and a surprisingly good choice at breakfast.
One member of staff stood out in particular - a young lady called Megan who not only checked us in but helped with advice for a taxi, was there for breakfast the next day, checked us out AND remembered the reason for our trip. All with a smile and a very polite manner - she deserves a special mention.
Lack of air con in the room. It we had been pre warned so knew to expect warmth.

Staff (led by Mel & Ryan) were exceptionally welcoming, friendly and helpful.
Room was large, well- designed and very clean. Great shower. Nice view from our window over the park.
Very handy for city centre- on direct bus route (201/203)
The only real downside for me of the hotel over the whole weekend was the wine I had in the bar- the house red was undrinkable!
Not the fault of the hotel itself, obviously, but the area it sits in is pretty shabby and the only food options locally are fast food places.
Minor note- the bar/ restaurant area was also very chilly. Easily resolved by wearing an extra layer.

Breakfast was excellent, room, and staff were exceptionally attentive.
But I signed in to your parking for my. 2 day stay and I received 2 parking fines for £100 for both the days. I STAYED TOTALING £200. This is not acceptable. Please rectify
this matter .
Your car parking partner's are rip. of merchants and I will not be staying at your hotel again and I will let people know why.
I asked Beata if I had to sign in again if I. Went out in my car and she replied no.
