Everything, except....

....The bed was too hard. Toilet also very low.

Location was great, easy access to seafront and old village. Breakfast was good, nice to have options for cooked breakfast. The staff were really friendly and welcoming.

Bed linen had a few marks so could have been cleaner but probably just old, room was otherwise very clean. Wi-fi didn't work on 2nd floor for us.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was lovely, cosy, very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was also excellent — very generous, with a huge variety of choices, so there was something for everyone. The location is fantastic, very close to the town centre and the beach, making it really convenient for exploring the area. The hotel also has a good-sized, convenient car park, which was a great bonus. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly and helpful, which made the whole stay even more enjoyable. Everything was really positive from start to finish, and I think the hotel offers an excellent quality-to-price ratio. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

The only small negative was the avocados at breakfast. One morning, we tried several but they were all overripe and not very fresh. However, the following day they had already been replaced with fresh ones, so the issue was resolved very quickly. Apart from that, everything was fresh and delicious.

The hotel is well located, and parking is easy in the available car park space. The facilities are well maintained, and the shared spaces look great.

The bedroom was tiny, as were both the bed and the bathroom. The bathroom sat above the bedroom, and the shower was ridiculously small, with only a tiny hand shower tap (and a curtain 😵‍💫). While the price for two people was alright (£220), the room's value didn't justify the cost. There wasn't a wardrobe, only clothes hangers hung from a fabric hook-hanger roller. Finally, our room was between two levels of the first floor, and it was very noisy because guests went up and down the stairs. Maybe other rooms are better maintained and good-looking, but ours was very disappointing.
