Staff were lovely, especially morning staff.
There was a shortage of shower gels and soap and toilet paper for 3 days . Had to look for some which was grand.

The room was nice and clean fairly comfortable beds. The staff were amazing very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent. Staff were very attentive. Would definitely stay again .
The bathroom was quite dated and the shower was not very good . There was only decaf coffee in the room . Could do with more variety maybe hot chocolate and some water It would have been nice if the room had been serviced during our stay . Had to wash cups out in the bathroom . Apart from that it was a really nice stay .

The location which is excellent and the food was very good.
The room which was basic for the cost of the stay. The bathroom was old and the approach to it was hazardous as you had to go down one step to a small landing and then another to the bathroom and as there was no window, we had to leave one a small light in there.
