Excellent location with great views of the bay, near to the cliff lift and cliff top path. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Price including breakfast was good, breakfast, location all good. In the end, were were just looking for a place to stay for one night. WiFi free and good strength.
No food after 19:30 I think that might be normal for their market but it seemed to be a bit early. I booked a double and got a twin - I didn't bother to raise this at the time as we were keen to get on. Bathroom tiny (that was OK), clean but a bit tatty and shower flow rate was VERY meagre. Took a long time to get hot water out of the shower. Bathroom mirror light didn't work.

Friendly staff, great location. Parking on site. Good breakfast. Spacious bedroom. Easy walking to Shanklin Village, the beach and local pub The Chine Inn
Although our room was spacious, it was somewhat dated, i.e. decoration and some of the furniture was missing it's handles and the bed base was tatty. The shower/toilet/sink area was small, could only get 1 person in there at once. Toilet seat, slipped to one side, when you sat on it. Shower door was stiff and tray and surround was grubby.
