It is a comfortable, well appointed hotel with welcoming staff, which is what you would expect at this price point. The breakfast was good as was the evening meal we had in the bar
There were a couple of minor niggles - it seems penny pinching that they don't provide biscuits in the rooms, and on the second morning breakfast items had run out on the buffet and were not replaced rapidly.

Location is superb and the rooms (family room) were a great spacious size.
On arrival we had an odour in our room, we opened the windows etc and headed into the city centre. When we got back to our room later after dinner in the restaurant the smell was still there. It was then we realised the housekeeping staff hadn’t emptied the bin a soiled nappy from the previous occupants was left in the room.
