The location is excellent. The reception staff were wonderful. I booked the Executive Suite and the room was spacious.
I paid for a suite in a 5 * Hotel. This included the provision of a kitchenette, which was provided with a small hot plate etc. But there was no possibility to use this, no equipment, nothing. No pot, no saucepan, no plates, no cutlery. There was not even a proper cup and saucer for making coffee - only paper cups! At £800 a night the coffee capsules were not replaced. In the bathroom were two small towels, not proper bath sheets I would expect in a 5* Hotel, which left me to call reception again and again. Remember - this is a Suite, not a normal room. Everything was “fine” but this is not a remarkable experience #Lengclub is too focused on cheap

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would happily recommend it. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable. Everything was handled professionally from check-in to check-out, making the whole stay feel effortless. I would definitely stay here again!

They did not state the restaurant was closed under construction and only room service, with a limited menu.
Staff were nothing like my experiences in other 4/5Star.
Rare I give poor reviews but this is not one I’d recommend
