Apartment a bit tired but clean

Stayed here before as the location is good and the apartment is great for us as a family. Great size and has everything you need.

The apartment was quite unclean this time around. Crumbs, food etc on floors and work surfaces. The bin was really sticky and dirty and some cups and crockery had been put in cupboard dirty. There was a terrible stale cigarette smell in the twin room and we found old cigarette packet on window sill.

Location was ok. Short taxi journey into city centre.

Not as luxurious as advertised. We were a bit disappointed but made the best of it. Rather dated decor and finishings in some areas. Some broken items, such a broken shelf in bathroom. Would have helped if reception had been manned at weekends.

The Spires is a well run facility. Clean and well stocked kitchen. Lovely clean, big towels. Bedding clean and bed comfy.

Great spacious apartment, everything we needed and more.. loved it

Very noisy in apartments opposite and above but nothing of the apartments fault just other guests. Would love to come back

The facilities for the price are exceptional. I don’t know why you go elsewhere. Probably because of Covid, some things were a touch under par for presentation. The contact with Aberdeen staff was very good
