All good.

Good location, opposite Duthie Park and close to a bus route into town centre. Easy parking. Plenty of space in the house. Clean and smart with good facilities.
The rubbish bins on the driveway looked as if they hadn't been emptied for weeks - all virtually full so it made recycling impossible and buzzing with flies when the lids were opened. Out of date info about collection day was only seen after the event.
No working light bulbs in the dining room area - had to use bedside lamps.
Couldn't get the kitchen TV to work.
Needs an extra extension cable in the twin room as could only plug in one of the bedside lamps at the foot of the bed.

The location (directly opposite the entrance to Duthie Park) was amazing, their was a play park within a minutes walk and the greenhouses/cafe was lovely to have on your doorstep. It was also amazing for getting anywhere you wanted around the city. The house was warm and cosy, clean, and a nice settings. Any issues/recommendations reported were noted or dealt with immediately. We had a lovely stay.
There was no outside light, which would have assisted in parking cars, and pedestrian access in the dark. Maybe don’t need so many breakable ornaments in a rental property (when children are staying anyway 🤪)
