Room and facilities within it. Clean, modern and well equipped. Airport shuttle. Tea facilities. Good temperature control in the room. Good sound insulation.
Squeaky bed. Thin and rather tatty towels. Only pizza available for an evening meal.

Front desk - very courteous, friendly and helpful; clean room, comfortable bed, great location not far from the airport. Recommend it.
The shuttle service from the airport was good yet disappointing; the driver did not answer his phone and his voice mailbox was full. It necessitated calling the hotel to get the desk to pass the message to the driver who seemed put out to have to do a pick-up run after 9PM. The driver the following morning seemed equally unhappy to do his job.

Location very quiet. Clean rooms and excellent bed.
The pizzas we ordered were burnt charcoal bottoms and the topping on the goat cheese was very cold on one half of pizza. The wine was very inadequate for the price and size. There was no salt and pepper or sause for the pizza. The cutlery was dirty in the morning at the buffet. The food at 800am was almost gone. The yogurt was almost finished.No serving utensils to pick up the croissants. We were very dissappointed. But the front desk did take 30% off the bill but I believe it should have been more than that.
