Great price, small but comfortable room, location necessitates own car. Nothing within walking distance but still a good option if you have a car and want value for an overnight stay near CDG.

The bed was comfortable, the room spacious.
The bathroom is large, but visually very unattractive. Cold floor. I would rate it on 2 points.
Breakfast very very poor, there was not even an egg. Only croissants, cheese, bacon, nutella. The toaster was standing, but there was no bread to put in the toaster.
There is nothing nearby.
The hotel is good for a one-night stay and a quick getaway. Preferably with your own transport.
