The location, price and apartment were great
Cutlery and crockery were visibly dirty and unwashed from previous stays resulting in us needing to wash select items before use. But there was no kitchen sponge or cloth to use which made this difficult. An empty chips bag was also found in the bedside drawer.

Very accessible, next door to the shops.
Easy to navigate, multiple stairs to different levels.
Staff were very easy to deal with
Limited car park space, advertised secure car park but only 6 spots and most was taken up with trailers or cars that are being worked on.
Says serviced but it is upon request, and when requested wasn’t done.
No other cleaning supplies provider eg broom or brush/shovel.

Clean rooms
Smoking area. Walking out into to a cigarette smoke cloud was not ideal, especially because I'm asthmatic. But otherwise lovely set up for the smokers.
