Pilgrimage Village Resort & Spa

We stayed in one of the honeymoon bungalows for 3 nights. The room was large and very quiet. Breakfast was in a lake pavilion and offered a good selection of food. Evening meals were very nice and served in a central restaurant near the lobby. The staff was very attentive and friendly, they also arranged for our onforward car travel to Da Nang. As we stayed 3 nights, we got a free 90 minutes wellness treatment, which proved extremely refreshing. We also got free laundry, three pieces per per person per day, which is very helpful in the humid climate. Altogether a very nice and relaxing stay, we would book the Pilgrimage again next time.

I liked everything about this Hotel, This was one of th best Hotels we have ever been. everything was fantastic : the rooms were big and spacious. The pool was nice. stuff was excellent, breakfast buffet was TOP, the bar and it's pool game were great too and all this inside of a fantastic tropical garden parc. There were also very nice activities like yoga, meditation, tai shi etc etc offered by the hotel. A real immersion in calm an peacefulness ....

There was absolutely NOTHING i did not like .....all was more than perfect

The property itself is truly beautiful, peaceful and very thoughtfully designed. However, we found the overall atmosphere quite cold and overly formal. The service felt very procedural, and we were frequently asked to sign or confirm things throughout the stay. Everything seemed to be carefully monitored, checked and counted, which created a rather unusual feeling for a place where you would normally expect to completely relax. The staff remained professional and polite, but we personally missed a little warmth, spontaneity and the feeling of being on holiday.

A truly beautiful and unique place, but the overall experience felt more controlled and formal than relaxing.
