Hotel check in, was easy, parking secure and plenty of spaces. Rooms clean, but basic. Bathroom ample size and nice to have a face flannel. Plenty of tea and coffee and replaced daily. Nice view of race course and close to town.
Tv in room only worked on one channel, all others just crack up. Only one plug socket worked in room. So had to keep unplugging kettle. Annoying

Room was good and bed one of the best I've ever had in a hotel. Location of hotel good, easy walk to the good restaurants and entertainment of Chester as well as having beautiful views over the racecourse.
Bit of a funny configured hotel. Bar and restaurant on the 5th floor with the gym on the 1st floor. Could be reconfigured better as no real circulation space in the hotel which is a shame for a 4 star hotel.
