Location, excellent staff, beautiful decor and convenient parking
Bed had a squeak which they attempted to fix but still made a noise every time I turned over

Fabulous stay, parking was super helpful, short walk into Chester. Room was lovely, spacious, modern decor with all the amenities available. White Company tolietries, hairdryer, iron, fridge with milk and water, coffee machine. Honestly couldnt of asked for more. Breakfast was a huge bonus and the offerings were fresh and of high standards. Only saw staff at breakfast as used code system for door to come and go. When we did they were also helpful with our requests.
There wasn;t really anything we didnt like, if we were being super picky, then I would say the outside of the building could do with a touch up to match the stunning inside.

Good cooked breakfast, but it was at an extra cost. Comfortable bed.
Car park small but there's a pay and display car park next door. For us the distance into town centre was too far at over 20 minutes. Continental breakfast was basic minimum.
