had to move rooms due to blocked sink and exposed ceiling where the air con unit was. moved rooms and still had the same problem! the coupe next door were screaming and arguing with each other all night ( which I have evidence off) shabby decor , dirty bedding , uncomfortable bed and pillows were awful didnt sleep a wink both nights , staff were helpful, gave us a bottle of Prosecco but felt we could have been offered more , a very expensive waste if money , very disappointing

Fab place , great decor and vibe. all staff were really welcoming. Room was immaculate and breakfast was 10 out of 10. Would definitely recommend and revisit.

Great location, nice decor, good sized room. 50% discount to use nearby car park.

Generator noise during the night woke us up and was on and off until the morning. Not the best nights sleep.

The look of it, it’s quirky and beautiful, has a very relaxed feel about it without being boring. The sitting area is stunning, and the rooms are gorgeous and comfortable. the bed is massive and comfortable, the shower nice and powerful.

No parking with the nearest parking (Pepper St multi storey) an absolute death trap!

The secret garden

Noise, room felt grubby, being woke in the middle of the night by the fire alarm no one bothered to say it was a false alarm and no apology, luke warm water and very low water pressure in shower

good bar but indoor area is very small. staff were lovely. location is good.

the shower head had a hole in the back of it so sprayed out water. some of the lights didn’t work. the air con didn’t work. the wardrobe is a small cupboard. the mattress wasn’t comfy you sink into it. the power cut off at one point. normally these things wouldn’t bother me as they are minor but for over £200 a night i expect better.
