The room had everything needed.
We struggled to get the TV to work, but it did work.
The pool was so warm we didn't think we would be getting in on such a chilly night but it was beautiful and we had it to ourselves which was a treat.
The views were lovely.
The location is very good, perfect for dance comps which we could walk to.
The place is a bit out dated.
The stairs on one side are extremely narrow so a little awkward- if you're taking bags up and down you're better to go around the other side.
A light went out on the first night, I was too busy at comps and forgot to mention to the staff, but it just gave a less than ideal first impression.

Cosy and warm, smart tv, all basic amenities. I liked there was a security camera on the front porch
Mugs had dried coffee rings inside, not cleaned properly

Handy location, close to town, hot pools etc
Outdoor hot pool eas really nice although not great access for disabled person
Unit nice and warm
Bed quite comfortable but very soft and low to ground
Dated, layout of unit was not great, little steps to access toilet, bedroom etc.
The indoor thermal pool was WAY too hot, couldn't get in, unsafe for children and elderly in particular
Spa pool locked and did not look appealing
Water in shower and over sink at unsafe temperature for children
