A great location right next to the railway station. Staff were really friendly and very helpful. The room was really comfortable, great bed and great shower. Very clean and well cared for, it was a brilliant base for the week from which we were able to explore Koblenz.
There is no direct overhead lighting in the room as an option, the lighting provided was okay but the option for improved lighting would be nice.

Nothing really stood out as exceptional, but everything was good, comfortable and worked as expected. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.
No major dislikes. It’s a little further from the old town, but still within a comfortable walking distance.
