It is safe, centrally located, the breakfast is excellent and the staff are very friendly.
The housekeeping staff were difficult to communicate with and didn’t do a great job.

The hotel appeared new. The breakfast layout and variety of food was very good. The location is close to old town which is the highlight of visiting Koblenz.fd
The room had several shortcomings. The room was laid out well for the size available but was tight in several areas. The bed was soft. The pillows were the worst ever. They were a quilt or comforter stuffed into the sack, not what anyone could call a pillow. Sleep on the pillow was not comfortable.
