Ambiance, comfortable bed, friendly staff

Needs updating. Getting a bit run down.

Very central location near restaurants avenue to champagne and town centre

There is no private car park. On the day of arrival, we paid to park in a non-secure public car park 3 min walk away. Thereafter we made sure we could park in the street in front of our hotel each day.

loved the friendly welcome and sensational location. 5 min walk from station and Moet & Chandon and avenue de champagne. it was a warm, enjoyable delight of a hotel - great value too . we had room 10; an attic suite with interesting features and comfortable setting

everything was great, nothing to dislike

Loved this hotel. Lady at reception was welcoming and informative. Our room was very clean, our towels smelled wonderful, minus some hairs I've seen in some places, it was still the cleanest hotel room I've seen in a while. Our family stayed for one night. Our room had a queen size bed and a pull out couch that worked perfectly. Room was still spacious. Room had everything you need in it. Fresh robes and sealed up bath slippers. Coffee provided in room, free of charge and snacks and drinks provided in room with prices of charge if consumed. Beautiful windows to open easily for fresh air and heater worked just fine. No A/C. Hotel is in walking distance to everything you might need or want in Epernay (my opinion). No parking but there is a 24hrs free parking lot within walking distance. Free parking on Sundays and certain times on the weekdays. A ATM right next to hotel. A Cafe shop at the corner.

Hotel does provide breakfast for 18€ a person. Too much in my opinion so we opted out and had coffee and croissants at the nearby cafe.
