Beautiful staff, perfect location, exceptional rooms and grounds! Cannot find fault!
Is that a trick question?

Location, friendliness of staff, decorated with style, and all clean and working. Excellent rich breakfast.
No issues

Absolutely perfect location on Ave de Champagne in the heart of Epernay meant everything was in walking distance. Staying in such a beautiful grand home from the era was a real privilege. Staff were so welcoming and helpful. So nice to include tasting in the stay too.
My only criticism was the breakfast start time was too late. If the breakfast could start an hour earlier at 7.30am this would have meant we could have still had breakfast without missing our transport. Staff did try and accommodate us though, and the use of the common kitchen was wonderful.

Lovely old home, great location walking distance to large wines houses.
Unfortunately our bed needed a new mattress

"E' come soggiornare in una casa con i confort dell'hotel. Il viaggio era per festeggiare il mio compleanno e siamo stati tutti veramente bene. Lo consiglierei a tutti!"
