It was perfectly situated in the heart of Canterbury. This enabled us to move around freely without using our car. The room we ended up in ----- was beautiful overlooking the cathedral. Perfect .
The breakfast was very enjoyable as well . Thankyou
The first room we stayed in was lovely , however it was overlooking the square . although very pretty, it was also very noisy . this made it difficult to get any real sleep which was frustrating.

The location is fantastic, the people working there were also very charming and kind. It is right next to the Cathedral Gate, so saying it is central is an understatement. The place was clean and the old building is simply beautiful, both inside and outside.
There was no such a thing. I can't seem to think of anything negative. I don't know why I have to stretch this part for 3 sentences, dear Booking.com, it is an abnormal requirement.

The location was as central as could be, any more central would have been inside the cathedral. The architecture of the hotel is endearingly idiosyncratic. The staff are delightful, helpful and informative. The room had all that we needed, an excellent shower, a clean toilet and a comfortable warm bed. All we needed. For us it was ideal, others might not have enjoyed the uneven floors of the old buildings, but that is their problem.

Location to Canterbury Cathedral was excellent. Not suitable for people with mobility issues.
