Would like to have a fridge in the room to keep water and drinks cool and aircon was set and could not
Be changed in a heat wave not ideal otherwise was great stay.

Great location. 5 min walk to every place you’d want to visit. Great A/C. Spacious room. Helpful staff. I’d definitely stay here again. Only negative is the included breakfast is very light.

Great location for the centre of Canterbury and access to the cathedral, shops and green spaces. Air-conditioning in room a bit noisy, but otherwise room met our needs. Ideally a coffee machine in the room would be better and a mini-bar. What we didn't like was the fact that we had booked a continental breakfast, but you could only order one item from a menu, and coffee/juice and the buffet offered was only cereal and fruit. Not sure how this is continental as would have expected pastries/croissants, yoghurt, meats/cheeses etc.

Really lovely hotel right in the middle of the historical high street, and it has got parking and the most amazing soft and swishy beds. Couldn’t fault it
