A stone's throw from the train station and right across the street from the Birnum-Dunkeld Arts Center. Spacious rooms, clean and most importantly, good beds

The Wee Room is perfect for solo travellers on a budget. With a single bed, shower, ensuite toilet and the cutest little fridge imaginable (holds 1 pint of milk) it's a great location to visit Dunkeld. It also has 2 windows, which is great for a small room. Right across from Birnam Arts.
You have to pack light and there is only a kettle and one mug and spoon, to wash in the toilet sink... But in all honesty, that's part of the charm.

Really appreciated being able park right outside. The outside of the building is deceptive as it has the feel of an old hotel inside.
The room (called The Wee Room), was indeed tiny, but absolutely adequate for my needs - as I was just passing through. There was a shower and separate loo in the room, and the bed was very comfortable.
There was even a tiny fridge with a pint of milk in there and plenty of tea and coffee. Great!
Dunkeld looked like a good place to explore and its a shame I didnt have time to do so.
I would book into this property again.
Don't know if it was just me, but I couldn't lock the door from the outside. The catch worked once in the room however so I was safe in the room, but I think it needs attention as this would have been an issue if I'd had to go out.
