Security..people are not allowed in unless they are buzzed in. The front desk is right there at the front checking to see who is coming through
No shampoo/conditioner and towels are thin and a bit worn out. AC was okay - had to open the windows

Location is great, very central and walking distance to everything
Breakfast was a bit sad

A charming and comfortable hotel in a convenient location to explore the historic centre of Lyon.

Nice building and location.
Very tired interiors. Poor acoustic separation, noise of slamming doors, children and the shower above all came through to my room.
