Very central location. Helpful staff, looked after my bags the following day. Comfortable bed.
Hot water took a long time to come through in washbasin and even then was very reduced flow. Impossible to prevent the shower from wetting the bathroom floor. Breakfast was around 5 euros too expensive.

Great location with good restaurant on first floor. Good breakfast with variety; quality food.
Room was fine except air conditioner creaked rather loudly … and staff could do nothing to make it better. Turned it off one night and opened window to get Susan’s woke with mosquitos in the room and bites all over!
Lift broke on our last day; my husband (recovering from foot surgery) had to climb four stories with his cane.😕

The room was spacious and comfortable. It was decorated in a more French style with character.
The breakfast buffet was very good and cost €19 per person.
It was close to a very attractive part of Lyon with plenty of restaurants and shops.

Very noisy. Could here when neighbor used bathroom. Any conversation in the hall was as load as if they were in my room. Constant whirling, drilling sound outside my window.
