Location is amazing. Staff were great. Rental Bycicle parking right in front of the hotel.

Loved the club lounge option for self-serve coffees and snacks and places to relax.
Loved the decor/fit-out of the room and hotel generally.
Rain head in shower was VERY generous... like showering under a waterfall!
We had a balcony room.
Some basic amenities like make-up remover pads, shower cap and body lotion would have been helpful for travellers who like to pack light.
The shower leaked badly, meaning our bathmat was always in a state of dampness, but not a big deal... still loved the room design.

What a great find in Lyon! Although we took a taxi to and from the train station, we were able to easily walk to points of interest from the hotel. The staff are lovely and always ready to help. We really enjoyed the Club space with snacks during the day and aperitif in the evenings. It's also a great space to connect with other travelers.
Nothing!

One hours late checkout for €30 when hotel didn’t seem busy wasn’t pleasant.
