Excellent friendly approachable very helpful staff. Stayed here in 2009 and there is no comparison. It was good then but now Excellent. The food was excellent too and according to my husband, a chef in his early life, the fish and chips were the best he has had for a very long time. My main, chicken kebab was very good too.
The heated towel rail in bathroom was so hot and there was no switch to turn it off. The helpful staff contacted housekeeping and it was turned off.
