The location is excellent with amazing views.
A half-hour walk to the city that is more uphill on the return journey. But you need to get used to hills in Queenstown. Especially if you want the views.
I can't criticise this venue. We stayed in a three bedroom apartment that had everything we needed. Good heating, wifi, and facilities.
If I had to be critical, I'd say the furnishings were a little tired, but they were clean and functional. I understand that not everything can be the latest look.

Lots of space and comfortable for everyone. We had a fireplace which was a welcome surprise! The view over the lake was amazing!
Exiting the property was a little tricky due to the steep driveway, but nothing compared to the views.

Stunning views! Great location - very comfortable bed
Hot water ran out in the shower, kitchen could have had a few more things ie we booked for 4 people and they only supplied 2 coffee pods, a couple of mugs and glasses.

The views and the location are amazing
Stayed for 10 days and we were told that our room gets serviced once a week, never serviced at all!!! Had to ring and ask for new towels after 8 days of being here. The room was dirty and had a strange smell when we first arrived, discovered a baby’s bottle under the couch with milk still in it, we found it about 3 days into our stay, the rooms aren’t very clean.
