We liked our room; it had what was needed for a comfortable stay. We particularly liked that it had a washing machine and dryer, along with a kitchenette, to prepare simple meals.
Car parking was easy.
The location was good for the places we wanted to walk to. It was easy to access by car as well. Car parking in the hotel was secure.
3:00 pm is a late check-in time. I guess offset by the 11:00am check out.
There was only one armchair in our room, so one of us had to sit on a dining chair when relaxing in our room.
The television was not a smart TV, so programming was limited for us oldies who weren't out and about in the evenings.
The car park was a little tight but OK once you work out the best manoeuvres to get in and out.

Location to Queenstown is excellent, bus stop right out the front to catch to Arrowtown, Remarkable shopping district and airport. Modern facilities, very clean
Initially booked a standard lake view room, a little small for 5 nights. Studio room was a great upgrade- little kitchenette, washer/dryer and more space.

Great location, clean and comfortable room, and excellent service. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful. They kindly showed us how to use the luggage scale and even provided change for our bus. Whenever we had questions, they were always happy to help and provided useful information.
We were very happy with our stay and have nothing negative to say. We would definitely stay here again!

Staff were nice
Tiny tiny room. Not even room for a chair. Not enough room to open our suitcases comfortably. A bit rich for over $470 a night
