Need more washing machines in laundry room

It was a hearty breakfast for the four of us. Your staff are friendly snd hospitable. They are Jess and Lynette (my apology if i didnt get thier correct names. They're gorgeous and respectful ladies from the Philippines. Gary brought us to Glenorchy on Sunday morning begore our flight to Christchurch in the late afternoon.

The coffee was a bit late prepared

Our hostess for breakfast Shaila was lovely - most staff were very pleasant including the housekeeping staff

Unfortunately our air-conditioning was not working properly so the room was very hot. When we advised reception, we felt as though our complaint was not trusted, as they kept asking whether we had tried different options on the panel. This was at 10.20pm at night and they then asked whether we could wait for a maintenance guy and at this point we asked if we could change rooms? We were then told it was fully booked so the best we could do was have some pedestal fans. The next day someone had attended to the room in the afternoon to repair however it was still not working to its capacity.
