The property was so close to the main area of Queenstown, the room was spacious & tastefully designed. Breakfast each day is beautiful. The staff are friendly & could not do enough to make my stay enjoyable. Will be staying again if I’m in Queenstown.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic stay — highly recommended!
What a fantastic place to stay in Queenstown. Five stars without hesitation.
The location is brilliant — just around 5 minutes’ walk from the centre of Queenstown and literally 1 minute from Queenstown Gardens, making it a perfect base whether you’re exploring the town, hiking or skiing.
The rooms were a really pleasant surprise. The quirky, cool and individual decor gives the hotel a fantastic character, and I absolutely loved it. There are also some great thoughtful touches, including the free sauna and free laundry facilities, with washing powder provided — particularly useful after a few days of hiking and skiing.
The daily Happy Hour is brilliant. It’s a lovely way to meet other guests and have a drink or two at the end of the day. There was a great selection of red, white and rosé wine, along with both alcoholic and non-alcoholic lagers. The food spread was an excellent added bonus and very welcome after a busy day outdoors.
But what really makes this hotel stand out is the staff. They genuinely go above and beyond, are extremely helpful and nothing seems too much trouble.
A special mention has to go to Sasha, who was absolutely excellent throughout my stay. Her friendly, helpful attitude really added to the experience and made me feel very welcome. Thank you, Sasha!
I was travelling solo, but I could easily see this being a fantastic hotel for couples too. It has a great atmosphere, excellent location and plenty of character.
A great place to stay that genuinely adds to the whole Queenstown experience. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it! 🇳🇿🏔️🍷
Nothing. Only thing to improve would be Fred parking but I got street parking for whole 5 days so a little complaint.
