Everything. The room was gorgeous and very clean; the lady owner was also very accommodating. The breakfast was delicious 😋 There is an iron gate into the premises which you can lock. It's all very secure. it is located right in the centre of Ypres. We could walk around easily and see all the breathtaking sights and architecture. We also walked to the Menin Gate for the 8pm Ceremony of hearing the Last Post. Which only takes 10 minutes. There are loads of restaurants and bars within a five minute walk.
Nothing. Everything was wonderful.

Super comfy bed, big apartment, fabulous breakfast and close to town with free parking
Stairs a bit steep if you have mobility problems - ok for us and there are ground floor rooms

Great location, 5 minute walk from the centre
Very steep steps to access the room, limited tea and coffee facilities. Earliest breakfast was 8am, we skipped it as we needed to leave early
