Quirky , Very clean and welcoming . The host were very helpful - Positioned centrally to explore ypres town and only a short walk from the museum. Very good value for money with a good breakfast provided

Quirky place, very clean and comfortable. Owners very attentive and breakfast was superb.
We were in ‘poppy’ room, it was just a bit inconvenient having to leave your room to use bathroom especially during the night!

Warm friendly welcome upon arrival, wonderful breakfasts, great location near train station and In Flanders Field Museum. This is a beautifully kept property and we highly recommend it!
All perfect!

Our room was excellent with a view over the beautiful back garden. The room was light and had air conditioning which was great as it was hot during our stay.
The breakfast was very good.
The staff (Brent & Eleen) were very professional and helped us when needed.
