We didn't actually have breakfast although their was a continent avaible we really fancied a cooked one
Was a little disappointed after reading glowing reviews of cooked breakfast that it wasn't available
But that wouldn't put me off staying again if I was in Oxford again in fact it would be my first choice truly excellent friendly service and great location for Oxford Brookes Uni

Location to Oxford Brookes Uni and accessibility to shops and bus stop to town centre.
Staff who checked us in was lovely.
The bed! Booked a Family room, the double bed was so stiff and in need of a brand new mattress!!
The two single beds are just as worse for wear, my son said he could literally feel the spring on his back, I checked it and felt it myself. We hardly slept due to the fact that the beds were very very uncomfortable.

Great location for Headington. Close to shops, hospitals, Brookes, bus stations. The best a good guest house can offer. Extremely friendly staff.

Breakfast was poor. Prunes and tinned peaches eggs if required. Room cold .Decor dated and broken.
Breakfast. Room telly tiny lady wasn't too friendly. Stairs and hall a little untidy.

"Camera accogliente e la signora della reception molto gentile, ospitale e molto premurosa a capire i miei disagi della lingua inglese. Veramente una donna straordinaria… ritornerò volentieri in questa..."
