Well located and provided me with what I needed plus first class service and attention. The proprietor was professional and personable. The venue was just right for our requirements and the proprietor went beyond to ensure our needs and wishes were met.

Comfortable accommodation, friendly staff. Conveniently located on a bus route with a good service into the centre of Oxford.

Very clean, many amenities (hair drier, microwave, fridge, kettle, iron and board, slippers, toothbrushes, teas, hot chocolate, crisps, biscuits and more), no carpet in the room (hence clean). I have very rarely seen another such so clean small family lodge/inn/hotel.
Can’t expect any less from a Balkan place :)
Cannot think of anything.

Room was basic but looked like it had been recently refurbished and had all mod cons and enough hanging space.
There was no breakfast despite the description at booking.com I didn't mind going without it but I didn't like being misled by the description. When I pointed it out to the receptionist, I got the following responses: "What's booking.com?" "We haven't done breakfast for two years." "If you checked your confirmation e-mail you would have known."
