The location was great for Sherwood Pines Parkrun on the Saturday morning.
Our room & shower room were lovely.
Everything, including the pub downstairs, was spotless.
I would have liked some fresh fruit and pastries to be set out on the table with the cereals,, as I couldn't stay for the cooked breakfast.

Easy to reach, good olden style place, immediate restaurant, not much noise eventhou next to road
For the room size & facilities, the price feel expensive. Still worth it if for big events

Lovely old building with tasteful decor and great outdoor sitting area to the age of the building
We had a room with a private bathroom that was down a passageway past someone else’s entrance door . Completely missed that on the listing so be aware. No facilities for disabled guests due

Generally very pleasant. The staff were very polite and accommodating.
The room was a little smaller than we are used to, but is was comfortable and clean.
Great location with just a short walk into the village and Sherwood Forest.
Dinner was surprisingly good in the pub restaurant.
Breakfast was okay.
