Really great, had a disability and find it difficult to move, they straight away responded and changed the room to lower floor, it made things so much easier

Lo staff, cortesissimo, mi ha fatto un upgrade dandomi una stanza più grande e comoda di quella che avevo prenotato e questo senza aumenti di costo ! Doccia del bagno magnifica.
tutto ok

The location was the main draw. It was clean and everything worked as it should.
Tiny rooms. No tea and coffee making facilities in the room only a paid for machine on the foyer. Breakfast was a disappointing 'grab and go' paper bag from reception. Try carrying two of those and two coffees up to your room and having to use your room key to operate the lift. Toilet and shower integrated into a tiny wet room so you need shoes on to use the sink.
