We liked the ease of checking in and out and we really liked the breakfast. Everything was clean and very pretty and I liked the free drink area with the lounge. It was nice to sit and read in that area.
The carpet in our room seemed cleaned but really stained. The room was clean but the bathroom sink did not drain very well and the toilet seemed to be running all the time. It was not bad by any means though.

The room is clean and nice.
There are lack of healthy food for breakfast, ie, no fresh fruit or veges.

Good location for shopping. Comfortable bed and everything thought of in room including lots of sockets. Great buffet breakfast

The staff were very helpful.
- The air conditioning in our room wasn't working.
- The staff were very helpful when we informed them, but they weren't able to move us to another room since they were fully booked. (They did provide some complimentary drinks as compensation)
- They provided us a standing fan, but unfortunately, it was unable to rotate. (Eventually, they provided us another fan that was able to rotate)
