good aircon, comfortable bed, efficient shower,
parking spaces were difficult, and outside stairs were hazardous in the rain

Bed was hard. Seems to be standard these days though

The room was spotless and felt very clean, despite being a little outdated. The room was large and had a makeup vanity, luggage benches in the main room and in the bathroom! Overall, for the price, it is in a great location, clean and has all the amenities needed for a short holiday or stay. Kevin, who served us, was kind and efficient, and I will definitely be staying next time I'm in Ballarat.
The accommodation is on the older side, however the hotel shows realistic photos, and the room was spotless.

It was a good location
Wasn’t very clean. Walls, microwave and edges of the floor had a buildup of dust and gunk. Shower grout wasn’t clean either. The split system on the wall was outdated and only pointed straight down at the floor, the lighting was poor in the bathroom so the shower wasn’t lit up enough for my liking. One of the sets of blinds didn’t go all the way down. There were cobwebs in places around the room. When checking out the reception was also conveniently closed at check out time so could not raise my concerns either.
