Convenient location. Bed was comfortable. Price was okay.
No staff. Smart TV in room didn’t allow use of any of the apps. No in room tea and coffee facility. Communal bathrooms did not have any plugs for the sink so had to leave water running to shave.

Overall it was a comfortable room with an awesome kitchen just outside my door. Stairs are not for people with mobility issues, but in the end it was clean and comfortable. Upstairs was very quiet with no TV so no loud noise between walls. it was walking distance to some shops.
The noise from downstairs karaoke was a bit of a shock but it ended at a weekday reasonable time around 11ish. Room not soundproof. The train had to blow its horn as it passed over the close by railway crossing.

"The publican was very friendly and welcoming. The craft beers were excellent and the goat curry was just fantastic."
