L'esprit De Naiyang Beach Resort - SHA Extra Plus

Good location and beachfront access. Pool area was excellent.

Nothing. Everything really good.

It was beautiful, spacious and with lovely facilities. Huge double pool with swim up bar, plus a private plunge pool at my villa, the restaurant had a pleasant view and the grounds were nice. The villa was also spacious with good furniture and the bed was comfortable, also an excellent bathroom. The small gym look good, and the (unused during my offseason stay) massage rooms looked nice. The staff were friendly and helpful, and went the extra mile for me when i checked out - so much appreciated! A short walk to the beach and 10 minutes to a range of food trucks, restaurants and groceries, so long as you are comfortable using the (staffed) raft across the short width of the river. As mentioned by others, a cheap tuktuk home when it’s dark is another option. Naiyang is a relaxing location, and i would definitely stay at the L’Esprit again.

A wooden bridge built across the river would be great.

Customer should be advised or it is describe in room details that the room in 2nd floor without lift because I have problem walking up the stairs

The rooms are large and clean, beds are comfortable. It's 10min away from the airport by car and 10min away by walking from the town beach.

When we visited, one swimming pool was under renovation. The one open for use has many sharp tile edges that can cut your feet. The resort revolves around the swimming pools, it will recover much of its appeal after the renovation is complete. Unfortunately there is no bridge to cross the small river that cuts the resort from the beach, there is a raft which adds a little inconvenience. And the river is really dirty - of course not the resort fault. I hope they could make a simple bridge to improve that!
