I travel a lot and don't often leave reviews but every hotel should have a geberal manager like Albert. He and his staff went out of their way to make our stay memorable. The facilities, staff & breakfast were all 5 star. Nai Thon is also a stunning beach.This is our new favourite hotel in Phuket and we can't wait to come back.

Всё было чудесно. Великолепная зеленая территория, но по ней не погулять), возят на открытых авто. Из номера заказываешь по телефону через рецепцию. Ни разу мы не ждали машину больше 3 минут. На пляж очень удобно по лестнице примерно в 50 ступенек вниз от бассейна и ты на пляже, который очень живописный и малолюдный. Вид с бассейна на море и пляж потрясающий, особенно во время заката. Два ресторана порадовали сервисом и вкусной кухней. Мы также побывали на французском ужине. Остались в восторге. Отменные продукты, отдельное спасибо за сыры и выпечку. В баре по вечерам живая музыка. В отеле такая атмосфера, что не хочется уезжать.

Stairs galore with no stair lights and very few lifts. My wife has limited mobility. The resort kindly moved us to a better location. The layout and map are both confusing.

The staff are very rude. It was so funny that everyone of the staff thought he/she owned the resort 🤣. - Most rude.. was the lady supervisor of restaurant Element - Less rude.. the lady arranging the golf car - Acting dumb (indirect rudeness).. the golf car driver We don't say that all of them (some of them were kind), but it was common to face the rudeness every day during the stay. Otherwise the hotel rooms and facilities are one of the best in Phuket.

I didn’t know if the room with a stinky swamp outside is called as a sea view room. sea view room means a room with a clear view of sea otherwise call it something else. checking was 1 hour 30 minutes late which caused inconvenience as we were staying with the kids.

I liked the concierge department , they were very helpful when I got to the hotel. But they do not respond to the emails before you check in. The restaurants were nice experience

We're truly satisfied with everything during our one night stay at the resort. All staff were helpful and friendly, especially the lady at reception who drove us to the entrance so we could catch the sunset. The view from our room was stunning and the breakfast was superb.

What a fabulous hotel, unforgettable experience. We ate in both restaurants and the food was amazing, the staff were so helpful and breakfast was also delicious. Our room was gorgeous and the swimming pools were lovely.

The reception was very efficient. Be aware that you might have to pay a safety deposit, which will be paid back after checking out. It’s possible to pay it by credit card. The rooms and bungalows are in the middle of a mostly quiet and green oases. So, the trees might “disturb” the view to the sea a bit. We had a nice room with a rather big balcony. Everything we needed was available in the room (perfect coffee machine, …). The breakfast buffet is very big and offers different tasty international food and some healthy specials. Very friendly and helpful staff all the time.

the facility is outstanding. the staff is extremely kind, prepared and professional. The restaurants are exceptional, the Vero restaurant run by chef Nicolino Lalla is extraordinary. The staff makes you feel like home. A warm greeting to Peach, extraordinary!!

Food was exceptional, every meal and everything we ate was to the highest standard. The breafast...was simple the best. The daily change from Chinese to Indian cuisine in the breakfast was just delicious. The Italian restaurant, Vero...was very authentic, Chef Nicolino and his team prepared an amazing meal for my son's birthday meal and surprised him with a very nice dessert. The view in the pool was exceptional. Bedroom was very comfortable and the size was perfect for a family of four. All the staff we encountered at the hotel was all incredibly attentive and appraoch with a great spirit to serve us.

The location is rather remote, getting around within the hotel vicinity was difficult, yet thoughtful with the buggies.

Overall the stay was a fantastic one. The breakfast is good but would be better if they changed the menu daily. Cleanliness was great as well.

We had a fantastic stay. The hotel was leafy, clean, and quiet. The view from our room was beautiful and the facilities (e.g. the pools and restaurants) were well designed and maintained. We ate most meals onsite -- everything we tried was delicious -- but had the option of walking or taking a shuttle down to the Naithon Beach shopping strip for dinner, beach time, and massages if we wanted a change of scenery. Most importantly, the staff were incredibly friendly and they all went above and beyond to welcome us.

The room and lobby is nice, service is also great in general.

There is only one restaurant open for lunch and the food is disappointing, if you are looking for some nice food, you will have to take a taxi to another hotel or the main street.
