Room is too small for grand level . Can’t working properly. Lots of miss communication within reception staff about our extended check out time Transportation to air port arranged by hotel is 5 times more than others

This hotel is an iconic part of Colombo, we love staying here each time we come. We cannot fault anything, from the quality of the rooms, the food on offer especially the buffet. It truly is the best one. The staff are amazing and always we are made to feel welcome

The Cinnamon Grand is a good hotel with a convenient location. That said, the staff were exceptional. Every interaction was met with genuine warmth, kindness, and a willingness to help, and they were easily the highlight of my stay.

It didn’t quite deliver the peaceful, luxurious experience I’d expect from a five-star property. The biggest drawback was the constant activity. The hotel hosts frequent events, and because the main hotel is closely connected to the event spaces, noise often carried into the guest areas, sometimes late into the night. It made the overall atmosphere feel busy rather than relaxing. The gym was another disappointment. It felt outdated, poorly organized, and in need of a refresh. Overall, while it is a decent property and a comfortable place to stay, the facilities and ambience don’t quite match what I’d expect from a true five-star luxury hotel.
